- the price includes: lodging, breakfast, VAT tax, using the computer, wireless access to the internet, table tennis, darts, garden house and grilling in the garden
- the price does not include the insurance and local health resort tax
- bed for a child - 15 PLN per night
- fee for a dog or a cat - 15 PLN per night
- sunbeds, iron, hairdryer, board games and net card to a laptop to be rented at the reception desk
- free parking place - unguarded (closed at night)
- beds not used in a room - the prices reduced by the price of breakfast - 15 PLN
- confirmed reservations and unused stays ( winter holidays, long weekend in May, summer holidays) charge the guests in 100% of the price for the first night and 50% for the remaining ones
- during Christmas and New Year's Eve the sales is due only within the given dates, we do not reimburse the costs for the shortened stay.
- the payment for the stay in the stated term is to be done on the day of arrival
- the guarantee of the reservation is the pre-payment in the amount of 30% of the ordered services. During the New Year's Eve and winter holidays the reservations are accepted in order of the payments. The pre-payment is not-refundable. It may be taken into consideration at later reservations for the same period of time and for the same number of persons.
- non-smoking rooms
- we organize: in winter: sleigh rides and in summer cab horse rides (for additional fee)
- the hotel day begins at 14.00. On the day of departure we kindly ask for leaving the rooms before 12.00
- - we restrict the right to any changes in prices.
